TPX (4-methylpentene-1) is a polymer of 4-methylpentene; density: 0.82 - 0.83; water absorption: 0.01%; melting point: 240℃; Vicat softening point: 160℃ - 170℃; shrinkage rate: 1.5% - 3.0%; light transmittance: 90% - 92% (the only crystalline polymer among the currently commercialized high transparency resins).

2: Characteristics of TPX (high temperature resistance, clear transparency, high melting point, chemical resistance, acid resistance, alcohol resistance, impact resistance):
1. Comparison at high temperatures: relatively high elongation at break, impact strength, superior creep resistance (high rigidity);
a. Exceeds PP at over 100℃;
b. Can be used for one year at 130℃;
c. Exceeds PC at over 150℃;
d. Can be used for 100 hours at 180℃. 

2. Electrical insulation properties: (There are no polar groups in TPX molecules)
a. Dielectric strength: 65KV/mm (superior to PTFE and polypropylene);
b. Dielectric constant: 2.12 (The dielectric constant of PTFE is 2.0 - 2.1) 

3. Chemical resistance: acids, alkalis, edible oils; (Very low water absorption: extremely resistant to water and water vapor) 

4. Hygiene and Safety: Non-toxic and compliant with the standards recognized by the U.S. FDA.

III. Applications of TPX:
1. Beakers, Petri dishes, incubators (transparency, chemical resistance, water vapor permeability);
2. Cosmetics containers, bottle caps (perfume) (no plastic odor, does not interfere with the original fragrance);
3. Microwave lunch boxes, food containers (non-toxic, good temperature resistance, does not absorb microwaves);
4. Electronic and electrical parts, LED strips, cable coatings (insulation, extrusion grade);
5. Medical devices: endoscope tubes, syringes (hygiene);
6. Ovenware (high temperature);
7. Films (extrusion grade) 

IV. Processing Techniques of TPX:
1. Injection Molding: Material temperature: 260℃ - 300℃; Mold temperature: 70℃; It is recommended to choose an injection molding machine with a screw length-to-diameter ratio of L/P = 20 or above.
2. Blow Molding.
3. Extrusion Molding.
PA6, also known as nylon 6, is a crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic. 

Advantages:

2. Excellent toughness and impact resistance.
3. Good self-lubrication, wear resistance and chemical resistance.
4. Excellent low-temperature performance.
5. Self-extinguishing. 

Applications:

2. Automotive: Radiator fans, door handles, fuel tank caps, air intake grilles, radiator covers, lamp holders, oil filters, gaskets, etc.
3. Industrial parts: Chair seats, bicycle frames, roller skate bases, textile shuttles, pedals, pulleys, power tools, etc.
4. Others: Building materials, hardware, fishing nets, fishing gear, spinning, packaging materials, woven bags, cable ties, etc.
