We have cooperated in the production and assembly of power banks. It is divided into the following main links:

1. Component check: Verify that all components are complete
2. Install battery management system (BMS)
BMS connection: Connect the BMS module to the battery unit and weld it to ensure good electrical contact between the battery and the circuit.
3. Install the circuit board
Board mounting: Connect the customer supplied circuit board to the battery and BMS module and ensure that the electrical connection is correct and meets safety standards.
4. Shell manufacturing and installation
Shell selection: According to customer requirements, we open custom shell, customer specified materials or our engineers recommend materials, common plastic or aluminum shell.
Shell assembly: Install batteries, BMS modules, and circuit boards into the shell to ensure that the internal components are properly positioned to avoid damage.
5. Display and button assembly installation
LED display: Some power banks are equipped with LED or LCD display, which is used to display information such as power consumption and charging status.
Button design: Install switch buttons, charging buttons or other control buttons for user operation.
6. Welding and wiring
Welding connection: Connect all electrical connection points with appropriate welding methods to ensure smooth and safe current.
Wiring harness finishing: Finishing the wiring harness to avoid short circuit or line damage.
7. Quality inspection and packaging
Appearance inspection: Check the appearance without scratches, cracks and other defects.
Security check: Test the charging bank. Including short circuit test, battery temperature test, etc., to ensure the safety of the charging bank.
