Product Description

1. The product is used inside the camera. The part needs to be assembled with another plastic part using the M2.5 self-tapping screws!

2. Because the quantity of products required is relatively small, from the perspective of cost control, we only made a two-cavities for mold.!

3. The tolerance of the product is ±0.02mm. We need to carry out full size measurements (FAI measurements) on our products to ensure that each size is standard and meets the requirements!

4. The material of the product is Polypropylene. The supplier provided the ROHS and REACH cetification for the material!

5. The mold production time is 20-25 days. The sample of T0 was approved by the customer. Because we produced 20,000 PCS in 7 days!
