Product Description

1. The product is produced using a 120-ton machine, the molding cycle is 15s, and the daily production capacity is 6000 PCS.

2. The two cooper inserts are placed in the mold by the manipulator to overmolding. The inserts has very good pulling force and can pass the salt spray test for 72h!

3. The tolerance of the product is ±0.05mm. We measure our products to the full size（FAI measurement） to make sure every size is standard!

4. The material of the product is PC+ABS, and the material has passed the fire test of UL94 V0. And added UV protection agent!

5. The manufacturing cycle of the mold is 20 days, and the product has passed the customer's requirements in T0 sample circle and is ready to start mass production at any time!
