Product Description

1. We manufacture three sets of injection moulds for a total of 6 parts. According to the different shapes, we can put four products on the one same set of molds.

2. The mold system are all cold runner system and we design the mold saccording to US standard! The mold is used for 120 Tons of Haitian Brand injection molding machine.

3. The product needs to be put together by screws and springs. Therefore, we have designed and well controlled the fitting tolerance of all products.

4. The mold packaging is Carton Box +Blister Packing+PE bag packing. There will be no damage when the parts are shipped to the customer's factory!
