Rangefinder assembly process
1. Preparations: Confirm the list and ensure that all components are complete.
2. Install the module and correctly install the module on the PCB
3. Connect the LCD or LED display to the PCB through the interface to check whether the display is normal.
4. Battery installation, circuit connection, pay attention to the positive and negative poles
5. Shell assembly: Put the assembled internal module into the shell to ensure that all parts are not loose and firmly combined with the shell.
6. Functional test: (1) Ensure that the accuracy of the rangefinder equipment is within the specified range; (2) confirm that the intelligent system of the sweeping machine (such as automatic recharge and obstacle avoidance function) can work normally.
7. Confirm that the shell is intact and all functions are in normal operation, and carry out final packaging to ensure that it will not be damaged during transportation.
